Management and Staff
The Institute for Democracy and Conflict Resolution is governed by a Management Board and a University-wide Stakeholder Group. It is part of the Faculty of Law and Management.
Staff in the IDCR include:

- Steve Clarke, Programme Consultant
- Zoe Manning, Programme and Event Developer
- Tracy Donaldson, Financial Analyst
- Jonathan Crook, Research Officer
The IDCR has a number of Fellows and works on a variety of projects and activities with academic staff from the Law School, the Essex Business School, Department of Sociology, the Human Rights Centre and the Department of Government.
